Is it really anonymous?
Yes! You don't need to create an account or provide any personal information to post a review. Your identity is completely protected.
How do I apply for jobs?
Click on "Resort Jobs" in the left sidebar, browse openings, and click "View Details" on any job to see application instructions. Each job posting includes contact information or application links.
How do resorts get verified?
Resorts submit a verification request through our portal. We manually verify their credentials and send them login credentials to access their dashboard where they can respond to reviews and post job openings.
Can resorts delete negative reviews?
No. Resorts cannot delete or edit reviews. They can only respond to them. This ensures honest feedback remains visible.
What if I see inappropriate content?
Each review has a "Report" button (three dots menu). Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action.
